Q:  Can I get a K & B catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not have catalogs or brochures that can be sent directly to consumers. Our catalogs are available for viewing at authorized K & B Furniture dealers.

Q:  Can I buy from the warehouse?

Unfortunately, we do not sell directly to the general public. We sell to authorized K&B Furniture dealers only.

Q:  Why are there no prices on your website?

The K&BFurniture.com website is a manufacturer’s website designed to showcase our furniture products. Prices are not shown on this site because K & B Furniture dealers are independently owned and operated. To obtain pricing please visit your nearest K & B Furniture dealer.

Q: How can I become a K & B authorized dealer?

Q:  Is everything K & B makes shown on the website?

The K&BFurniture.com website is designed to showcase a wide variety of our product line. The site does not feature every style. You may want to visit your nearest K & B Furniture authorized dealer to view more furniture or to browse through their full color catalog.

Q: Are the pictures in your catalogues accurate?

Yes, they are. However, you must bear in mind that wood is a natural thing, and coloring and grains may vary.

Q:  Do you stand behind your products?

We certainly do. We make every effort that the customer should be entirely satisfied. Our customer service department is always available.

Q:  Is there a way to touch up the finish on my furniture?

Touch up crayons and markers are available at local hardware and home improvement stores in a variety of color packs. These types of crayons and markers that are made especially for furniture work well in touching up most flaws.

Q:  I recently moved, and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. Help?

Often damaged parts can be replaced. If you need to get a replacement part for a K&B product, contact the dealer you purchased it from for assistance.

Q:  Where can I find dimensions of a piece of furniture?

Q:  I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?

If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If they were missing or you have misplaced them, please contact the store you bought the furniture from with the model number of the set for assistance.
